I have generally been satisfied with the clinical care, but communication with the office has been consistently difficult. Calls are not returned, messages through the website go unanswered, and follow-up often requires multiple attempts. Most recently, I needed to reschedule an appointment and have not received any response despite reaching out through multiple channels. Reliable communication is especially important in psychiatric care, and the lack of responsiveness has been very concerning. I am hoping this review prompts a response so this can be resolved. I would be happy to update this review if communication improves. UPDATE 6/10: Since writing my original review, the office reached out to me directly and apologized for the communication issues I experienced. I appreciate that they took the concern seriously and have made an effort to improve communication and provide me with a more reliable point of contact. I have generally been satisfied with the clinical care, and my more recent interactions with the office have been better. Communication had been a significant concern for me, but I do want to acknowledge that there has been improvement since this review was originally posted. I’m updating this review to reflect that progress, and I hope the improved communication continues.
