I have previously been here when I was younger now I come back and I requested a female doctor to talk to to get a physical. I had blood drawn and a lady with face full of piercings came in and took my blood. As I am home at this moment she caused a bruise so bad when she took my blood that it is swollen and bruised on my skin and on my vein. I told the doctor at the appointment prior to her coming when she said there would be blood drawn l, that previously about how when I have one to other clinics nurses have pushed past my vein to draw blood and have caused bruising on my vein. You're not supposed to push through a vein when you're drawing blood it's only supposed to be a small poke IN the vein. NOT THROUGH a vein. I can't even submit pictures of how it looks right now. I seen the reviews but I will NOT come back. This was unprofessional and staff need to be trained properly on how to draw blood blood properly.
