If we could give it -50 stars we would. Center is closing 2/19 received notification 2/2. This a major company with over 5500 locations globally how does this happen unless they don't pay their rent even though they collect our rent on the 15th day of the month before it's due. Their staff is dishonest...requesting a renewal in January even though they know they will be closing shortly. Their response we are moving everyone to Gaseteria location. Or you can move to any other location but you cannot terminate without paying the entire term. Was told we are your partners. What partner? We rent a co-working desk how do you close your center and force us to move or penalize us for the entire term of the contract. This is a dishonest company that treats its clientele as a money bag to squeeze as they see fit. Do not work with them and if you are currently with them be careful they only want your money.

They refused to return my deposit, so we sued the company directly, and we eventually won the case. Then when it came to the payment stage, their front desk clerk kept lying to me. Their manager, David, was a liar and wouldn't answer my calls at all, but I saw that when the front desk clerk called him, he answered the phone immediately. They kept deceiving me that the money would be transferred to our account, but several months have passed and not a penny has been returned to us. I have never seen any company so shameless and so non-compliant with contracts and laws. They are a cancer to New York City.
