I had an excellent first-time visit with Dr. Paul Markel and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I initially found him on ZocDoc, and after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I noticed how convenient the office location is. The space itself is clean, welcoming, and has a more intimate feel, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Markel was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. He’s also very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, which helped ease my nerves. I came in with severe pain from a cavity that had progressed into a decaying tooth. Dr. Markel and his assistant quickly took X-rays to assess the situation and determine if treatment could be done the same day. I really appreciated how efficient and thorough they were—and even more so that he was able to treat me right then and there. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. Both Dr. Markel and his assistant worked seamlessly together, making the experience much less stressful than I expected. I’ll be returning in a few weeks for my follow-up, and I can confidently say that Dr. Markel will be my dentist moving forward. Highly recommend!
