Sifat Akter
I was going here for 4 years. At first I had nothing bad to say about them (except for the fact that they demand up-front cash payment for copays, and do not accept cards at all, which one might assume that they're up to no good because there may be tax fraud going on by the owner(s), but I digress). My main issue is the last 6 or so times I went there, I brought my husband with me (he had the same appointment time as me, which is possible because we both had different massage therapists). The first appointment for both of us was okay. But the last 5 times we came for our appointments, they disregarded my husband and wouldn't see him until AFTER I was done with my appointment. Keep in mind, each appointment is around an hour long. So he would have to wait an hour, and then he'd be let in, and then I would have to wait an hour for him to be done with his session. This is inconsiderate. I spoke to the manager the 3rd time this happened, she said it wouldn't happen again, but it did. So we don't go here anymore, we've found a better place to get our massage therapy done. The funny thing is, that after a few months of not coming here, I get a call from their office. I couldn't pick up because I was at work, but they didn't leave a voicemail either. The next day, I get a text saying my appointment with them has been confirmed! I called them up right away and told them to cancel my appointment. They did the same to my husband too, so I had to call them a second time and had to tell them not to call us and not to make any appointments for us anymore, and that we go to a different place now. What they did is annoying but it's also unprofessional. Thank you premium medical care, you spamming my husband and me with appointments when we didn't even ask, and then putting it on us, is the reason I'm writing this review.
