Horrible service I Called to ask what time is the latest time we can go in as a walk in and some lady said “we close at 5” . I told her I was aware of the closing time and I was wondering if they stop receiving walk in patients after a certain time bcs I didn’t want to show up to not be seen . She responds “like I said we close at 5 “ . Then with horrible untrained nurses . She didn’t even let the test sit for a minute and she’s like you see the test . That means you don’t have a baby. Mind you I got a light positive at home 2 days ago and I came home heartbroken thinking I was having another miscarriage and I tested again with a diff brand when I arrived home and it’s very very positive . I will not be coming here anymore this place is just the worst . Will be continuing my pregnancy journey at a different place.

If you're already a patient, don't waste your time with the ladies you meet when you walk through the door; they ask a lot of questions as if they're going to solve something for you, and then they just send you to reception. It seems they only like to know about people's lives, unprofessional asking for details in front of others. The service from the nurses and doctors is very good; I like that they speak both Spanish and English.
