I had an excellent experience at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, everything felt professional, welcoming, and well-organized. Lyne Jean Lois performed my IUD insertion, and she was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and the entire procedure took less than two minutes. I experienced no pain at all — just a little bit of discomfort. I also want to mention the nurse (I unfortunately don’t remember her name), who was so kind and friendly. Talking with her was genuinely pleasant and helped me feel calm and relaxed before the procedure. I was very nervous beforehand, but this experience exceeded all my expectations. Had an incredible experience here. I got my IUD replaced, and I’ve never felt so informed and cared for. There was a huge team of competent providers on my side tuned into my every need. It was a practically painless procedure, and they made sure I felt okay after. Will definitely be back in five years when this thing expires.
