I was rushed to this hospital due to gallstones. Although I ultimately decided to hold off on gallbladder removal surgery—since I have an upcoming long-distance trip and plan to monitor the situation for two or three months before deciding—I want to say that the staff here are truly amazing. Everyone was warm and friendly; they were very patient with me, especially given my limited English proficiency. The nurses who cared for me over the past couple of days were not only patient and attentive but also incredibly dedicated to their work, proactively checking on me and helping me resolve various issues. I really appreciate them.

I recently had appendicitis and came to the ER at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, every doctor and nurse treated me with kindness and professionalism. English is not my first language, but everyone was so patient, understanding, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help. I’m deeply grateful for their care and feel very lucky that I chose this hospital.
