Nicole is absolutely incredible! I went to see her for lower back pain and sciatic pain running down my left leg. For anyone that is considering pelvic floor therapy. Nicole is the real deal and is just awesome! She takes a holistic approach to solving your pelvic floor issues and doesn’t recommend you do more kegels. She looks at your water and fiber intake, bowel movements, your posture, how you breathe, do you clench your stomach and more. She helps you to understand how this all works together to create a weak pelvic floor. From the months I spent with Nicole, I learned so much, changed my habits, incorporated new ones and I am feeling great! I highly recommend Nicole.
