0 stars Dr. A. Joseph Pisciotto, DO was extremely rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate during my boyfriend’s visit. He showed no compassion, professionalism, or willingness to help. He threw papers onto the counter, barely explained anything, and made no effort to provide guidance or direct him toward any other resources. His attitude was belittling and disrespectful, and even other staff members appeared shocked by the way he was behaving. My boyfriend left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and completely dismissed. Patients deserve basic respect and care, and this experience was unacceptable.

Dr. Joseph Pisciotto was not helpful and had poor bedside manner. Don’t bother showing up if you are running a bit late, he will not see you or he will be rude and rush you through the appointment, even if you’re the only patient in the office. The nurses were kind and helped me rush through the paperwork so the doctor wouldn’t cancel my appointment on me. That and the cleanliness of the office are why I’m giving this place 2 starts instead of 1. Overall, steer clear if you’re looking for anything more than a flu shot which you can easily get at any major pharmacy.
