I had surgery on my left knee and sought physical therapy at Baptist Health. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt confident that I was in capable hands. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. During my first week, everyone knew my name, and the bedside manner was exceptional. I was fortunate to work with each and every therapist there. They all had their unique approach, but they all shared the same goal of achieving the best results. The atmosphere was like a big, happy family, constantly encouraging and supporting each other in conversation. We even joked around professionally. I understand that physical therapy can be challenging in the initial weeks, but Baptist Health makes it seem like a breeze. They ensure that you understand that therapy doesn’t end once you leave the building; you also need to continue it at home. They provide you with all the necessary information to make this transition smooth. From the friendly and professional office staff to the caring and empathetic therapists, the entire facility exudes a sense of cleanliness, organization, and tidiness. This facility and staff truly deserves more than just a five-star review.

I went to Baptist PT Plantation for PT for an acetabulum fracture of my hip. From the first phone call to the last visit the staff was welcoming, warm, helpful and always gave me exercises to advance my healing. I had several therapists as the calendar permitted, but primarily I was assigned to Augustin who was so wonderful. He calibrated exercises to advance strengthening my recovering injury throughout the process. They were always on time, the facility was always clean, staff was always on point. I would recommend BH PT to everyone who needs it.!! :)
