Have visited this office 5 or so times. Every time has been bad. PRIVACY CONCERNS: Patient's names and weights and STI test panels are read out loud, emails spelled out loud, for everyone in the office to hear, which is totally inappropriate and a privacy violation. Paperwork is often left face up for other patients to see. TAX FRAUD? The office only accepts copay via Zelle or cash. Why?? Any reputable doctor's office should accept card payment. This is very suspicious. LONG WAIT TIMES: Not sure if it's due to disorganization or something else, but I frequently have waited entirely too long for an appt. Today I waited 1 hour and 45 mins, for a 5 minute appointment. Do not go here unless you can clear your entire schedule for the day, and have no other responsibilities. MEDIOCRE CARE: The doctor is not personable or curious beyond asking routine questions, she’s cold, doesn’t feel inviting or invested, is not holistic.

I am overly satisfied with the care, respect and professionalism that I received from the moment I want into the doors of Dr Katapadi's office. She has been my doctor for a few years and I continued to follow her after she changed locations. I will recommend her services to others. I am very pleased with the quality of care that is given to myself and other patients I encounter in her office.
