Over the last three months I had a truly wonderful experience at StarPro (West 52nd location), and specifically, working with hand and wrist therapist Jeffrey Wong. In terms of the clinic, the PT area is very open and clean, never too crowded, and the staff is super friendly. StarPro was also very adept at working through insurance requests and follow-ups. Jeffrey Wong has tremendous experience with all things hand/wrist rehab, was always able to answer my questions, and gave just the right amount of encouragement (when I needed it to work harder) vs pushback (when I wanted to move too quickly). He also provided lots of suggestions for at-home equipment and never pushed me to come on-site more than needed. I highly recommend working with Jeffrey whether for pre- or post-surgical needs, or as in my case, just to reduce pain from normal day-to-day activities.

Jeff Wong was my hand therapist for almost two months, and the experience was excellent. The facility is spacious, clean, and very well organized. Once you get to the 8th floor, everything is set up to help you recover efficiently. What I appreciated most was how Jeff measured my progress at the beginning and end of each session and clearly explained my improvement. This kept me motivated and confident throughout the process. He is kind, professional, and truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend Jeff and the entire team.
