As an affiliate of HSS the #1 Hospital for Orthopedics, I can see how and why Richmond Physical Therapy at 1785 Forest Ave are able to use that name. Very, very few on Staten Island can claim that status. I have been to other PT businesses here but none can compare with 1785 Forest Ave. From the very beginning, the assessment is very thorough. Dr. Mausmi, while doing so, gives you a detailed explaination of your weaknesses and how they can be strengthened. Following my assessment I was also fortunate to have her as my Therapist. She is mindful of my limitations while gently but diligently taking me through the necessary exercises needed in order for me to achieve the goals set for my total improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Mausmi and the staff there as they are also helpful when interacting with you, especially Daniel (Physical Therapist) and Melody (front desk).

If you're looking for an amazing therapist, look no further! Dr. Shah is absolutely incredible. I came in after knee surgery, struggling to bend my knee, and after a few sessions with her, the results have been nothing short of life-changing. I had previously been to another therapist without much progress, but Dr. Shah's expertise and personalized care made all the difference. She's not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to work with me one-on-one to ensure the best possible outcome.
