I had a very disappointing experience at this physical therapy office. The facility itself felt unclean—there were artificial plants covered in what looked like layers of dust, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. Scheduling was also an issue. I was given a 9:00 AM appointment and even had it written on their business card, but when I arrived, their system showed 9:40 AM. This kind of inconsistency is frustrating and unprofessional. More seriously, they misplaced my disability paperwork and did not offer any apology or accountability. This caused delays that impacted my disability status for months. I was also very concerned about their hygiene practices during treatment. The electrode pads appeared to be reused between patients without proper sanitation or assigning individual sets, which is unacceptable. Additionally, my interaction with the supervisor, Dina, was very negative. She came across as rude and dismissive, and did not handle concerns in a professional or respectful manner. Overall, I would not recommend this facility due to poor organization, lack of professionalism, and questionable cleanliness standards.
