All buildings get bad reviews. Google every single landlord and you’ll see. It’s impossible to please everyone with such a huge building with constant turnovers. Everyone who do take the time to post are mostly complaints so it’s not fair to judge based on a few reviews. With 191 apartments, more than 500 turned over vacancies since listed in StreetEasy and Trulia, I say less than 10 negative reviews throughout the years is an excellent number. My husband and I have moved a lot. I’ve had my fair share of good and bad managements. Aside from this, we interact with tenants and landlords throughout the city due to our work so we get the inside scoop. At the top of my head I can give you a list of the top 5 worst landlords in the city or 50 worst residential buildings (they own) that have HUNDREDS and THOUSANDS of complaints. Those are the buildings to avoid not this one. I’ve lived here for more than 8 yrs and my husband and I would NEVER stay this long if the staff and super weren’t impeccable. Sedji is a very helpful super who works to please tenants and Brandon is the best doorman I’ve had in decades. Bogdan is the most helpful repairman. Repairs here are done the same day requested through a portal that sends you an email once it’s finished.
