Dr. Leandres is an excellent cardiologist. He truly listens to his patients, shows genuine care, and you can clearly feel his level of concern and dedication. The assistant who performed my EKG was also very professional and caring, and the secretary was polite and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I was sent for an ultrasound with another assistant. From the moment I walked into the room until the moment I left, her attitude was very unprofessional. She showed no bedside manner, empathy, or warmth. Her tone when asking me to do simple things, such as removing my shirt or sitting down, was unpleasant and dismissive. She did not even greet me when I entered the room, nor say goodbye when the study was finished. I want to emphasize that the only reason I am giving this practice 3 stars is because of that experience, not because of Dr. Leandres or the rest of the office staff, who were excellent.

The Dr is very nice but today my visit felt rushed. Office staff not too good. I spoke to the Dr felt very rushed. I didn't get my cholesterol meds refilled. My fault I did not ask for a refill, even though the problem was about a cholesterol issue. I would think they would send it in. I had to call back 1 hour later, medication never was sent in. Office staff very confused. Especially front desk. They are not informed too well.
