I’ve read some of the review and find the negative remarks regarding staff , appointment errors and delays just ridiculous! The Dr. Parmar, NP Seide and staff Sarah, Jenna, Cathy,Carol are highly professional and patient centric. To complain of wait time is bizarre. Did you consider emergency cases, Dr delays due to procedures? How ironic we can sit in a dealership or mechanic shop for hours for cars repairs but to sit for 60 minutes for professional care we complain. Absurd! I’m 70 years old, having medical problems that I’m finding difficult to cope with, on top of walking issues. the kindness extended to me from this team is great! Clerical mistakes happen, take the initiative to call the day before to confirm your appointments. People, get your priorities in order. Obviously you have not gone to other gastro offices on SI to form an honest opinion. You’ll be greatly surprised.
