The doctor Dr. Peter J Breingan was extremely rude. My 73-year-old father has multiple health conditions, including a history of stroke and Alzheimer's, which makes it difficult for him to understand everything. I was with him, explaining what the doctor was going to do and what he said. When the doctor wanted to dilate my father's eyes, my dad took some time to open them, and the doctor became impatient and rude. We apologized, but he insisted he couldn't see my father and would refer him to another doctor. After examining him, he ultimately referred my dad to another doctor, stating that his condition is complicated. However, I believe he could have handled it better while being rude. A doctor should not behave this way. As a healthcare professional and a doctor from my home country, I may consider taking action against him for his behavior. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.
