I have been going to Dr. Gross for the last 5 years and may I say that he's always been professional and great with me. Always attend and courteous. His technician Henna is a sweetheart of a lady and is very gentle when cleaning your teeth. I highly recommend both of them❤️

If I could give this dentist office zero stars I would. It was absolutely a nightmare! They took so long to call me up, and then once they did, I had someone do the most careless cleaning I've ever experienced in my life, even after I had expressed with my face and noises that I was in physical pain and discomfort, they Did not make it any better. When it was time to rinse my gums were in so much pain and the water that was spit out was red. I understand that there is some bleeding from gums with bacteria, but this felt totally different. And once the doctor came into examine me, it was as if I wasn't there, he did not say hello. He did not ask if there was anything that I was experiencing and I just felt it was a lack of care all around...never going back to this place again, and I never leave bad reviews. Definitely a first and last. I will be contacting my insurance to express my disbelief and discontentment.
