Personal Dental Service

My experience at this dentist was unpleasant, the atmosphere is gloomy, and they try to sell you on their gum specialists services. Other negatives: 1. They don't call the day prior, to confirm appointments as a courtesy. They call a week before your scheduled time. 2. They don't text appointment times or info. After the dental assistant cleaned my teeth, the dentist came in and commented on my "deep pockets." His comment verbatim, "Well, I am not saying your teeth will fall out tomorrow." What an idiotic thing to say, not to mention that it was very unprofessional. I was incensed; they obviously have no clue as to good customer service. I will not return to this office, and highly recommend avoiding it.

This place was extremely unprofessional. They did not honor my appointment time, then told me they didn't have enough time for my cleaning after I waited for nearly an hour. The dentist just shrugged and said he could not help me because he had another patient. I will never go back there again.
