One star because I can’t leave zero. This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. The nurse practitioner Jean-Francois is incredibly condescending and impatient. I went in for a normal check up as a healthy person, so I am an easy patient. Being new to New York and this Dr office I had questions about the processes and she was exasperated at explaining how a referral works or how anything works as if I went to med school also and should already know everything. They did lab tests on me and messed them up somehow, so I am just finding a new Dr. To redo them elsewhere. The lab tests that WERE done, no one could explain what they meant to me even though some abnormalities came up. I will also have to find another doctor to explain them. Do not go here. Someone should shut this place down. Incredibly unprofessional.
