Dr Burnstein has been taking care of me for a long time Staff is always helping me I'm always called in on time She does care about people People have to realize she's 1 Dr and you got to be patient She's doing her best to help everyone . She has a great PA to fill in when needed . Tina and Jackie do a great job making sure everyone gets their appointments . These people are here to help people make ur appointment and find out . Before writing anything negative think twice these 4 individuals are doing their best to help people with a skin problem . Don't blame the doctor for being late she lives far and she does her best to get to her office. There's beautiful comfortable chairs just wait .

One star is too high, and I’d give 0 stars if i could. Any establishment should value their patients time. This doctor is clearly over booking herself. It’s should be quality over quantity. Imagine waiting 2 and a half hours to be seen by a doctor for 15 minutes. Our appointment was at 1 and didn’t step into her office til 3. Unless you have nothing else to do with your day, do not come to this office. Not to mention the doctors qualifications are subpar, the office is behind as far as technology and aesthetics. It’s just not worth it. There are better offices near by who value the patients time and energy more.
