I saw dr.swangim today for infected ingrown nails. I was super nervous for the procedure as i have had it done before somewhere else and it hurt super bad. Upon arrival the front desk person was extremely kind. When i finally met with him he was the kindest dr ever. Explained everything throughly to me, walked me through after care, told me what we were going to next for my other toe, and answered any question i had. For a treatment thats relatively painful (mostly the numbing shot) he did it with minimal pain. Asked me a few times at the beginning and during the procedure if i had any pain at all incase i needed another injection. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone especially dr. Swangim. I have a lot less anxiety for my next procedure!
