Unfortunately there’s no Zero star to give so i had to put one. I wanted to switch my kids primary doctor to Inas Wassef i was told by one of her staff that i can call my insurance provider and ask to change the pediatric and provide a reference number when i’m done. So i brought my twins to bayonne location and receptionist was an old rude lady with glasses, once i got in she said NO stroller which got me confused I’m supposed to be at pediatric what no stroller means! I was given an application to fill out and i was asked for my insurance ID Number i gave it to her and she said she I won’t be able to be seen by the doctor because the change was not made. I was like i already have called my insurance and switched it over to Dr inas then she said with a very bad attitude i know my job i been doing this for years,, i told her there’s a reference number you can check through it she declined the attempt and i had to go back home with my twin because of lack of knowledge and experience. Think twice before you chose Inas Wassef for your kids. Staff are rude and unfriendly so unprofessional.
