Bad service 🗣️the wait is too long. You have an appointment at 12pm and get seen at 4pm. It’s not worth it. Customer service and wait time are 0/100. Poor communication and I understand TORRES is an amazing doctor but that does mean I have to wait 5 hours to be seen. Ridiculous never again. Urgent care is faster and more effective
