The staff is great starting with the front desk, she was welcoming and warm to us. Not to mention she provided me with information on the flu shot to educate me. The doctor assigned to give vaccines to my 19 month old was very gentle precise, and her assistant which is the lovely lady at the front desk was also very gentle and calm while holding my baby arm. Then the main doctor was also very kind as always while measuring my child and evaluating her. I was so happy and satisfied with the outcome of today's visit. Thank you.

I’ve called so many times trying to set up a new patient appointment, each time I’ve called it’s just been more and more annoying and frustrating.. I’m typically the type of person to give leeway to healthcare workers. But It always reroutes the calls to an answering service so I’m literally unable to reach the actual admin team. I ’ve called multiple times between last week and this week. Some of the answering service ladies have been pretty polite. Vicky at the answering service, just kept telling me to keep calling back that There’s nothing she can do… It’s either they’re not open, they’re on lunch or just not able to take the call. But it’s frustrating to deal with when I just want to set up a new patient appointment and I’m met with “call back later” each time.
