I needed an eye exam. I paid out of pocket. My plan was to use the prescription to buy my glasses elsewhere. The front desk refused to give it to me and made me pay for a piece of paper with my prescription. I know this is illegal and everyone should be aware of this type of activity in this establishment. Unfortunately I didn't have time to discuss this and coughed up the $20. Greed will one day be the end of this establishment. "It is illegal for an eye care provider to charge you a fee just to provide a copy of your eye prescription. Under the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Eyeglass and Contact Lens Rules, doctors must give you a copy of your prescription immediately after an exam, regardless of whether you ask for it or buy glasses/contacts from them."

I had an issue with frames and Leo took care of me; he has a knowledge of frames and glasses that not only impressed me, but made me very grateful for having selected Lens Lab Express Optical. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 50 years and I appreciate knowledgeable and helpful opticians.
