Their scheduling is horrible, they schedule as early as 8am but the doc doesn’t come in til 10am so you’re waiting all that time, then when he gets there they call ppl off the sign in sheet so even tho you’ve already been waiting and have an appointment it means nothing, it’s literally an all day event, which is crazy but nobody that works there seems to care, idk how they stay in business or how the older lady behind the desk hasn’t gotten punched in her face with her disgusting attitude.

Terrible service! I did my procedure on 10/29/23 and I was in horrible pain, sharp pain in my stomach and my trachea and it felt like my chest was breaking and I couldn’t breathe. Then after 2 weeks I was supposed to see him around 9 am, I come to the place and it’s extremely PACKED. And this office lady told me to “wait”. Flash forward to 10:30 I see its past my appointment time so I go back to that same office lady and she told that there were people who had appointments before me, and she reassured me that it was one person who came before me, and I said “That’s not my problem because you guys overbooked yourselves and I need to speak to the doctor because I’m in extreme pain and my appointment was at 9 and I came before that” she told me that she would speak to the doctor. An literal hour passes and it’s now 11:30 and multiple people came even though she said it was one person who came, so then I realized soon I’d have to pick up my kids from school at 12:30 so I go back to her for the last time and I repeatedly told her that I have to pick up my kids by 12:30 and she said “when it’s your turn I will call you” and I said “You can cancel the appointment and give me my refund if I cannot speak to the doctor and give me a copy of my procedure” so then she went back to the doctor and she gave me my refund and my copy of my procedure and I left. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE WITH 0% TOLERANCE FOR PEOPLES TIME. THE PROFESSIONALISM IS 0%. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE TO THE PEOPLE READING THIS REVIEW!
