Dr. Luongo ignored my condition and ordered expensive customized soles at 2x the listed price.He refused to return or reimburse me for his failure to provide the necessary shoe lift that I required for my condition. He admitted ignoring that condition and only provided alternative solutions that added further expense and complications.I do not think he is at all trustworthy or professional and should be avoided. I give him 1 star because its required.

I’m a long time patient. I come back because I can always count on great treatment, being seen on time, and the visit being efficient but not rushed. As a dancer, taking care of my feet is essential to my career and Dr. Luongo is the best !
