I had such a wonderful experience at the bayside location. I especially want to recognize the nurse Joana who cared for my brother. From the moment we arrived, she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude truly stood out and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel much easier. It’s clear she is passionate about her job and dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The clinic is fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable and caring on their team. Thank you again for going above and beyond — I highly recommend this clinic because of healthcare professionals like her!

The bathroom in this facility doesn't have any grab bars despite claiming to be an accessible facility. Also, the dentist doesn't take provide safety eyeware before shining a bright light in your eyes. I had to ask for something, and it was just cheap sunglasses.
