I had an overall mixed experience at this clinic. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during what was a very stressful and emotional time. The nurses in particular were wonderful—very attentive, compassionate, and supportive. The post-procedure care was excellent, and I truly felt seen and cared for by the nursing staff. However, the wait time was extremely long. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and I did not have my procedure until 4:30 PM. Waiting six and a half hours—especially after being instructed not to eat or drink anything after midnight—was very difficult physically and emotionally. The waiting room environment could also be improved. The music was louder than it should be, making it hard to hear when nurses called patients, and the seating was very uncomfortable. Sitting for hours in those conditions made an already challenging day even harder. I deeply appreciate the compassion of the medical staff, but the scheduling, wait times, and waiting room conditions need improvement. During such a sensitive experience, minimizing unnecessary discomfort should be a priority.

I came here to get a procedure done and every person that I encountered was super friendly, super nice and they were very accommodating and they made me feel very good before during and after. The only reason I’m giving them four stars is because my appointment was at 9:40. I arrived at 9:15 and I did not get taken back until 1:30 PM for that. I could’ve just stayed at my hotel and waited instead of waiting there where I was dry heaving and in so much pain. However, I know that if there’s procedures getting done, you don’t know what could happen or if they need extra time so I’m understanding of that as well. This is a place that I will be donating to in the future.

I want to share my honest experience at ParkMed following my procedure on Friday. First, I want to say that my anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and safe during a stressful moment. His calm presence and reassuring demeanor truly helped ease my anxiety before the procedure, and I appreciate the care he showed. However, my experience with some of the assisting staff in the procedure room was very concerning. Before I fully went under sedation, I remember feeling like I was choking on saliva or spit, and I do not recall anyone clearly addressing what was happening at the time. Since the procedure, it is now Monday and I have been experiencing significant throat pain and complications. My uvula appears split from the front to the back, and there is dangling white tissue that feels like flesh in the back of my throat. It has made eating, swallowing, sleeping, and even breathing comfortably very difficult throughout the entire weekend. I was not informed of any complication after the procedure, and I believe this may have happened during suctioning, although no one explained anything to me. This has been extremely distressing physically and emotionally after already going through a difficult medical experience. I hope the clinic takes situations like this seriously and ensures patients are properly monitored, informed, and supported if complications occur.⚠️

So grateful for this place, I have been coming here for years to get full panel testing and yearly checkups. It is always easy and the staff is amazing. I value and appreciate the delicate care that they have with me. I have recommended this place to all the women in my life that are looking for top care.

Appalling service. Aside from unreasonable waiting times, no waiting room for men and unpleasant staff, the confidentiality is not at professional standards. The absence note contains the name of the clinic which after a quick google search shows it's an abortion clinic. Not only that, they refuse to give you a note with just the name of the doctor. If you're fine with everyone at work knowing you had an abortion, go to parkmed.
