Park West Radiology

The staff was very pleasant but the person who registered me put me into a slot for over an hour away. I was a walk in. They then took someone else before me who had come in afterwards, but since I didn't know what procedure he was going in for, I didn't say anything....until 20 minutes later and I still wasn't being called. When I mentioned this to a staff person, they looked into it and acknowledged I should have gone before that person. They were super nice but I still wound up waiting for an hour for a simple x-ray that took 5 minutes.

I was greeted with a hello as I walked in by the person that does the registration. All information given and provided really fast. The technician was very nice and polite. I was in and out in no time. They are definitely coordinated, courteous and on point with it all. Will definitely continue to go there, my experience was great. Thank you.
