Dr lam is the best, he does excellent work. I dont have any complaints about any of the work he's done for me. The clerical staff tho leaves a bit to be desired. I left feeling insulted. I felt that I was being treated some way because of being old and the unpaid balance. Let me say that the price I was given over the phone was not what I was given on office. Also, my first time being a paying patient there. The young man that took care of me, in my opinion had no customer service training. I am in no way suffering with dementia, hard of hearing or stupid. I say this because of the way he keep repeating the balance due. Even asked me did I needed him to call me to remind me. I'm sure, i've been paying bills before he was born. I was very disappointed! I've been going there for a least 20 years and I've never left feeling like I did that day. Not sure if I'll return.

The staff is inconsistently friendly. In addition, I paid so much out of pocket for these dentures that look like Halloween teeth. I was told they were the best, but must have been the best for a costume. I informed the dentist (Dr. Sterling) that it cut my mouth and she told me it took time. The thickness of the dentures is unrelenting and time did not heal the consistent cuts. I didn't go back and lost out on money. Atleast I will be ready to play a hillbilly or bum for 10/31/26.
