I recently delivered my baby at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I was discharged, I received exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion from every member of the staff. The doctors, nurses, midwives, and support staff were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout one of the most important moments of my life. Every question and concern I had was addressed with patience and care, and I always felt that both my baby and I were in excellent hands. The nursing team went above and beyond to ensure my recovery was smooth and that my baby received the best possible care. Their dedication, warmth, and genuine compassion made a lasting impression on me and my family. Thank you to everyone at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital for making the birth of my child such a positive and memorable experience. The Physicians Dr. Benjamin and PA-C Gumerova in the Neurology Department are very professional and caring. They never rush with patients, take time to consult and listen to you, and ask you questions to find solutions. They refer you to other services and follow up with you. The waiting time to see a provider is very short. That's why I will highly recommend NYP to anyone, especially family.
