Yesterday, our daughter was discharged from the NICU at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and our hearts are filled with gratitude. We want to sincerely thank the incredible doctors, nurses, and all the staff who cared for our baby during such an emotional and difficult time. Your kindness, compassion, patience, and professionalism gave us strength and hope every single day. Thank you for treating our daughter with so much love and care, and for supporting our family through every moment. We will never forget everything you have done for us. You are truly amazing people, and we are forever grateful. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you so much!

Writing about the Mother and Baby unit. I had my baby in August of last year (my third time delivering at Methodist) and this was by far the best experience I had out of the three. The nursing staff is AMAZING. I had to stay for six days and the nurses were so invested in getting me better so that I could get better and be discharged. They took amazing care of my daughter and I. They were even so kind to my husband who stayed with us. It was a very difficult time but the nurses made it better. Every single nurse and nurse tech was experienced, empathetic and had amazing bedside manner. Special thanks to these nurses: Pauline, Briana, Julia, Kol, Thania, Stephanie (charge nurse), Remi (x-ray tech), Simone, Ruth, Michaela.
