While it has been some time since I have went to them they are not very professional. There was issue after issue. I needed blood work as well as other regular check ups. I kept asking for someone to take my blood as I was not feeling well. They wait until my last check up to do blood. Then was told to go back to them since they told me over the phone what my issue was only for me to pay them to tell me the same thing. Doctor ran out of the office once she was done with me. Did not even help me out that much. Waste of time and money. Use someone else!

My doctor is amazing but the receptionists are horrific. I hate scheduling appointments with them weather it's in person or on the phone. They don't pick up the phone and when they do they leave you on hold for a really long time and hang up on you. Their filing system is never up to date or in order because I'm constantly getting billed for co pays that were paid months later. One time I went in to pay a deductible and the receptionist left me waiting for 15 min while she was on the phone ordering her food and food for the rest of the staff. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude. Love my doctor dispise the receptionist staff.
