From start to finish, Park Optics was a nice experience. As a new patient, I felt comfortable and in good hands. The team at the front was friendly and informative. The doctor was skilled — I actually found out the prescription I’ve been wearing for two years has been too strong! I also liked that they didn’t pressure buying frames or contacts in store, though I do think I’ll be back to explore their selection.

The doctor here is really detailed and knowledgeable. Last year, I had an awful contact lens exam elsewhere in the neighborhood, and I'm so glad I came here instead this year. The doctor explained things I didn't even know about my eyes-- and I've been wearing lenses/contacts for almost a decade! He was very thorough and patient and double-checked fit. The staff also walked me through insurance and was overall patient and kind. Thank you!
