My main hospital was NYU Landgone Hospital but since I retired a year ago like always my insurance changed and was delegated to this new hospital Montefiore hospital. Change is not always easy. I’ve had several appointments with different doctors and must say, a beautiful hospital, offices are really nice and expansive , staff friendly and professional. Yes I miss NYU and my former doctor, but Montefiore Hospital has given me a great experience and start with a new hospital and new providers. Note**Photography not mine

Is a shame how the Medical Field has come to and all time low there is no Accountability or Oversight in this Cardiology Department on the 7th Flr in Tower 2 it felt like you are dealing with the staff lacks the professionalism that is required by Medical Standards I’ve been at this location 3 times to do a stress test they don’t listen to to the patient when you speak to the Staff regarding your physical being regarding how you feel all they care about is billing your Medical Card while they walk around the facility looking like Zombies leaving you in waiting areas for Hrs on end only to realize that the exam that you was supposed to do has to be cancelled to make you come back for a procedure that they know they cannot do mind you this procedure was done 3 times and tob make matters worse they give the proper instructions regarding their procedures.
