I am writing to share my positive experience at the Lenox Hill Emergency Room following my visit on May 18, 2026 at Greenwich. After waiting extensively at Northwell Greenwich for transport to be evaluated for a transient ischemic attack, I arrived at Lenox Hill around 2:00 PM, May 19th. The check-in process was seamless and much more efficient than my experience at Greenwich. I was brought to a bed immediately, and I appreciated the concentrated layout of the ER floor. I specifically want to commend Dr. June Ree, who was very easy to communicate with. The entire staff demonstrated strong dedication to their patients, and the level of care was evident throughout the unit. I also want to highlight the gentleman who discharged me; though I cannot recall his name, he was a very efficient and caring professional who seemed to be a key member of the ER team. This location and its staff provided excellent service from entry to discharge. Despite a longer commute, I intend to make Lenox Hill my primary choice for emergency care in the future. Today was the first time I’ve had an issue with Lenox hill.i brought my daughter. When we got here it was a nice and fast nurses were nice. Don’t know what happened after a few hours. It was like night and day, employees had attitudes and were very slow. My daughter got up to use the bathroom and they didn’t come back to connect the iv back in until an hour later. We got here at 6:30 it’s 12 and we are still here.So far all I’ve gotten is run arounds.
