Service isn’t bad. But every time when you have appointments - it’s doesn’t matter what time you come - 30 minutes before or on time - you will wait 1-2 hours more before appointment happens… Sometimes doctors just have a break few hours - so you can’t plan anything for almost WHOLE DAY!

In my experience as a patient at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, I have had only great things to say. I arrived 15-25 minutes before my appointment as requested. My primary care and the resident services are informative, provided solutions, and I also appreciate the option of being referred to specialists in the same hospital, which is convenient, as well as all of my information in one place.
