I was so thrilled with this outstanding facility ! I felt so relaxed when l checked in yesterday ( 7/25) . The gals at the front seat were so wonderful as was the entire staff … the nurses, ( Mindy, and the others ) . The anesthesiologist took a lot of time to explain everything that they were going to do along with rechecking with me the information that they had in their records. The facility was so relaxing and clean, the music 🎶 played was songs that happened to be some of my favorite songs from back in my day , but very soothing . The entire experience was more like a spa experience. Trust me l was there for a not pleasant surgery and usually my blood pressure has to be done several times , but to my surprise it was good the first time .. l didn’t have my usual white coat syndrome here . I highly recommend this outpatient clinic .

Doctors were great and the anesthesiologist was top notch best one I ever had. Gave me the perfect amount to knock me out for the procedure and I woke up almost clear headed like normal. I have a huge complaint however that just cannot be ignored. The nurses have no idea how to inject an IV. They had to stick me FOUR TIMES before they got into a vein. Absolute nightmare I was about to say “should I come back a different time or use someone else?” Because they couldn’t figure it out. They were giggling and were sure it was because I had thick skin. Ok… so unless you’re elderly watch out for those nurses because they don’t know what they’re doing with normal hands.
