We were glad to have them at first when my boyfriends neck hindered him from proper movement or walking. But like anywhere else their a business. My boyfriends cancer was met exon 14. Clinical nurse coordinator Rachel needs to go back to nursing school. As a nurse she should know that chemo and immunotherapy has been detrimental to patients with that met exon mutation form of cancer. My boyfriends oncologist atleast admitted this, instead of trying to make mount sanai $, like nurse Rachel, the broker. Coordination and proper communication between Dr Rohs and her must not have occurred bc she kept pushing imunotherapy, but it was not her call to make. There was ALWAYS stress and struggle when refilling valium and pain meds...the last thing someone needs when suffering horrifically from cancer or when someone is caring for a cancer patient(me) Monte was unable to get his last test which would have later helped his hospice drs tremendously bc Mount denied his pain meds and valium. Monte was so desperate just to get some relief, he reluctantly signed on to hospice just so he'd be out of pain & anxiety. Rachel sent us to Vns hospice. The worst excuse for hospice EVER . Why couldn't Rachel have atleast have given us homeland hospice. They are much better ppl and go above and beyond. The only good thing Vns did was send us to Calvary hospice a top notch facility. But vns did everything wrong. We had to return a hospice bed that didn't work from a rude disorganized company. Anyhow after Monte signed onto to hospice, they brought in oxygen which didn't nothing for montes breathing. Finally 11pm the valium came and Monte took his down and hallelujah his breathing returned to normal. Thanks ALOT RACHEL for putting us through unnecessary hell. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Gosh I wish we went to nyc langonge. Monte was in nyc langonge hospital once and the staff was much more compassionate and accommodating and seemed much more on the ball then mount sanai EVER will be. Needless to say im disheartened disgusted and very resentful towards mount sanai. All that time wasted dealing with their nonsense I could have spent enjoying my loved 1. Monte didn't deserve to suffer the way he did. Rachel, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. Maybe someday you'll go thru the same ordeal. Thats what you deserve nothing else. So yeh keep making mount sanai $ at the expense of others. Your despicable
