My mother has had the best experience with particular doctors at this office for pain management. They kept my mother feeling safe and secure and they know what they are doing. I witnessed the care they provided her and I am happy that after about 3 months of management, my mother is feeling and walking better. Dr. Yahya, Dr. Richard and Dr. Alex were all excellent and I have already recommended this office in the bronx because of their great care taken with my mother's health needs.

I am compelled to leave a review for the surgery center at this location. The wait time I experienced for my procedure is absolutely inexcusable. I waited over 4 hours in total to have my procedure done. I couldn’t eat or drink anything prior to the procedure so I sat in the office starving. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours and was brought to the back and waited another 2 hours. This is totally a lack of respect for the patients that patronize this medical establishment. Why book so many appointments if you can’t fulfill them in a timely manner. I know the procedures can run over the time allotted, but for someone to wait over 4 hours is ridiculous. I’m giving the extra star because the staff is friendly but the professional practice is very inconsiderate of people time, especially people already in pain.
