He is very rude .. I went in and I have a serious fear of being put under and he was not patient at all.. he was getting annoyed that I was upset.. well to bad! You’re a surgeon it’s not that difficult to be nice to ppl and to make ppl feel comfortable with you ! No one wants to see a surgeon who is not patient and gets irritated by a pt having legit fears and concerns … sorry not sorry

I read the negative reviews regarding this practice. Unfortunately, I have found them to be true, ranging from rude and unprofessional receptionists to a complete lack of follow up by Dr. Pacifico. His office failed to follow up with me after a month of having surgery, not one call! The receptionist was extremely rude to me when I called the office to make an appointment. I have an infection as I write this and am seeking help from another doctor. Please take your time and seek out competent care.
