This doc and their people give hard time to pre authorization. I'm fully diabetic and i couldn't get my primary medication for last 1 month. They keep forgetting to contact my health insurance and submit the pre authorization and clinical information that my health insurance company wanted. They never look at the email nor reply.

Not recommended, don't know why many stars given but my wife endured the worst care in the hands of incompetence staff and a doctor that sees her patients from a plastic booth ,my wife needed a prior authorization and a 2020 form for transportation for a mri which was needed by a Neurologist but was declined by her and staff . Dr. Jahan also refused to authorize her diabetic strips which she recently prescribed must I go on ? Her staff do not understand or communicate on a caring or professional level and will not recommend her if you looking for proper care. I'm sorry but if you not of her ethical group please look elsewhere. To be honest Dr. Johan has violated and refused to follow protocol of Healthcare bill of rights 💯 .
