I am confused why there are any low reviews at all. The staff is kind and helpful, the facility is clean and fully outfitted, and the therapists are outstanding, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. My physical therapist at HSS helped me recover even more rapidly than estimated from a complicated and intense foot bone and joint surgery. I am no athlete and he was kind and supportive, pushing me just the right amount and answering all my annoying questions. I recommend this location for anyone with physical therapy needs.

Dr. Fu, his surgical team, the medical, technical and office staff are all world class. They just completed my left shoulder full replacement and I'm beginning physical therapy today, just two weeks after surgery. I'm 100% confident of a timely and full recovery and return to all my activities and service as an EMT because my recovery from having my right shoulder replaced by Dr Fu earlier this year was complete and flawless.
