I want to leave this review to help someone who might be looking for services because this location is not the place. There is no prioritizing the client and their mental health. The way things are ran by Dr. Gonzalez are COMPLETELY unprofessional and there is no integrity as a mental health provider. The left doesn’t know what the right is doing when it comes to billing which was an ongoing issue with me and it will be at the expense of your services. I have been without services since November, I received one message stating my therapist was having issues with a new system and was never contacted by Dr. Gonzalez again. Not to mention this happened to my partner months ago, where he was an intense case and was assigned an intern who left and there was no follow up for two months. Not even a referral for somewhere else who may have been able to service him since they could not. I addressed this concern with Dr. Gonzalez myself which was a dismissive conversation and cut off while speaking. Lastly, my mother received services here with Dr. Gonzalez which were inconsistent, my mother sent her a text message about her feelings which resulted in Dr. Gonzalez accidentally screenshotting the message back to her with a comment about my mom; which looked like it was supposed to be sent to her “receptionist” — this enough shows the quality of care and dignity and respect there is for a client. Which there is NONE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only reason I stood here for about two years was because my therapist Norma was and is a GEM. If you’re looking for mental health services, please look for a location that will prioritize you and not just want to bill you or your insurance — a place that at bare minimum will have the decency & respect towards you to give you a referral for other locations who provide services when they can’t or don’t want to help you. Hopefully this review can be used to help someone but also so Dr. Gonzalez can improve the quality of services being provided.
