The prompt and competent support and services provided by the staff in this organization was absolutely noteworthy. From the first contact and through the process of securing community Medicaid for my dad, we were patiently guided and resourced to minimize confusion and stress. What a breath of fresh air in this ever complex world for elders wanting to live at home as long as possible! Highly recommend this organization to anyone seeking genuine kindness and professional expertise along the journey with your aging parents.

Unfortunately I have not had a pleasant nor successful experience with Expert Medicaid Consultants LLC. If I could give zero stars I would. I was working with Christelly and she assured me my mother’s documentation was received. When I asked for some sort of confirmation she was unable to provide it even after I told her I was informed by the insurance company nothing was pending. She was persistent in convincing me to work with her but when I needed her to respond she was unavailable for days. Today I received a letter from Medicaid that my mother’s services were discontinued. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and a complete disregard for client’s wellbeing and care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
