I love my dentist! I've been a patient at Practice in Balance for about 2 years and I don't have any complaints. The staff is very friendly and professional every time I see them. Dr. Raymond is one of a kind! Full of energy and always with a big smile every time I visit him. I like the fact that he always makes sure I leave the office feeling good about the results and any procedure done. I wish I would've met him 4 years ago when I moved to NY! The office and equipment is always very clean and hygienic and having them 2 blocks away from my job is even better for me. Happy to be their patient, confident of recommending them to my coworkers and feeling wonderful with my smile!

Dr Swainson and his staff are excellent. Now I look forward to going to the dentist. Octavia is wonderful to deal with for appointments and billing, the office is clean and modern and Dr. Swainson is friendly and knowledgeable. He also looks like a movie star. He introduced me to many techniques like oil pulling and tongue scrapping that i was able to incorporate into my home routine and have given me amazing results.
